Robert Lane Saget was an American stand-up comedian, actor, and television host. Bob Saget acting roles included Danny Tanner on the ABC sitcom Full House, its Netflix sequel Fuller House, and the voice of narrator Ted Mosby on the CBS sitcom How I Met Your Mother. Bob Saget attended Temple University’s film school, where he created Through Adam’s Eyes, a black-and-white film about a boy who received reconstructive facial surgery, and was honored with an award of merit in the Student Academy Awards.

Bob Saget graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 1978. Bob Saget intended to take graduate courses at the University of Southern California but quit after only a few days. According to a tweet from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Orlando, Grand Lakes on Sunday “about an unresponsive man in a hotel room. The man was identified as Robert Saget and pronounced deceased on scene. Detectives found no signs of foul play or drug use in this case.” An official cause of death remains unclear.

On January 9, news broke that the Full House actor and America’s Funniest Home Videos host had died at the age of 65. TMZ was the first to report that Bob had been found unresponsive in a room at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Orlando. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office and his cause of death is still unknown.
